Nabbo, Gräddö och Rävsnäs is a built-up area in Norrtälje municipality in Uppland, with just over 650 inhabitants, on Rådmansö. Rävsnäs lies on the eastern coast of Rådmansö and was a small locality until 2015. The sea is a couple of minutes' walk from many houses, the forest right next to them and the plots are large.
Daily life usually requires a bike or a car. The grocery store, Ica Gräddö, is a bike or car ride away for an ordinary property and the school a few kilometres away. The town also has a petrol station, a café and the community hall Rådmansö Bygdegård. Within a few kilometres are the sports ground Björkövallen, the Gräddö-Asken nature reserve and ferry terminals for Lidö, Räfsnäs and Gräddö. A bathing place is within cycling distance. Eleven soil contaminations are registered in the town, the nearest within walking distance but not close.
By car it takes about half an hour to Norrtälje and an hour and a half to Stockholm. The area around the town is older than average: almost four in ten are over sixty-five and one sixth are under twenty.
Nabbo, Gräddö och Rävsnäs suits someone who wants to live near the sea and is used to driving to the shop, but not someone who wants a train or a large range of services.
